Private Residence A completed space much loved and much deserved by the homeowner’s who patiently waited 18 years to begin this renovation. Their folk art, local artist oils, and stacks of books are the concluding ornaments to make their new space familiar.
The third floor suite is naturally illuminated by sky lit aperture with Parisian inspired cedar lined built-in armoires providing elegant storage.

An existing light well was accessed to be a natural source of light for the suite. A diverse mix of gloss and matte stone, glass, and custom mosaic clad surfaces in the bathroom unites the bedroom and the dressing area. With bath doors left ajar, layered colors and natural sunlight fill the volume of this west-east axis suite.
2nd floor full bath renovation gives a special room for guests to use with increased square footage from removal of existing built ins from adjacent rooms.
